AR Life Science is a major manufacturer and supplier of APIs and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry, with operations based in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam. Our plant in Visakhapatnam has commenced operations in August 2021, covering an area of 28775 SQM/7.11 Acres, where we focus on producing high-quality and innovative products.
We possess extensive expertise in batch flow and continuous process development and operate the latest technology and analytical procedures in our facilities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our projects. Being engaged in large scale manufacturing of APIs and intermediates, we have planned our infrastructure unit 3 consisting of:
Current Capacity:
Production Blocks: 02, including (ISO 8, class 100,000 clean rooms – 01)
Manufacturing capacity of 120,000 L with reactors ranging from 250 L to 10,000 L
Total Reactors – 25
SSR – 17

Facility designed to meet all regulatory standards (i.e. USFDA, EUGMP, PMDA…)
Future Expansion (2023-25):
Production Blocks: 04, including (ISO 8, class 100,000 clean rooms – 04)
Manufacturing capacity of 600,000 L with reactors ranging from 160 L to 15,000 L
